A Three-Guitar Lunch

In effort to get Toddlebug to eat some cheese at lunchtime today (because the child does not care for meat, while the preschool forbids nuts as a choking hazard)...

-- Fruit salad;
-- Whole-wheat hotdog bun;
-- Celery with peanut butter ("YOU dip it" was the response to my offer of a container!);
-- Guitars cut from American cheese.
And lo, it worked! Empty lunchbox.
The fruit salad is what you get when Toddlebug and Daddy go to the store together--T wants some of every fruit in sight. This is watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, and grapes; I'm saving a kiwi for Thursday.
Snack was a little sweet potato cake from my freezer stash.

Here's my husband's lunch:

-- Fruit salad;
-- Ham and cheese roll-ups;
-- Hotdog bun;
-- Celery with peanut butter (only one layer because we don't have any graham crackers to use as baran).

And one of his from last week that I never got around to posting:

-- Hamburger patties;
-- Broccoli; hummus;
-- Pretzels;
-- Onions and jalapenos.
