Back to work!

My husband's lunch for work today:

-- Apple from the farmers' market, cut to fit;
-- Garden vegetable cheese and saltines;
-- Broccoli with hummus;
-- "Pepper rice": brown rice, quinoa, barley, lentils, bell peppers, onion, carrots, tomatoes and celery. I made it the other night to stuff peppers and tomatoes and had a lot left.
