My sister's TSA-friendly vegetarian lunch for her flight home today:
-- Wrap: wheat tortilla, roasted garlic hummus, spinach, cucumber, tomato, and half a black bean burger left over from dinner last night.
-- Blueberries in the muffin liner--and then under that, cashews--in a yogurt cup;
-- Veggie chips.
It's packed in a strawberry box lined with a napkin. I used a rubber band from some produce to make sure it doesn't open accidentally.
My husband's lunch is in a Pyrex container:
-- Whole-wheat spaghetti with veggie sauce;
-- Mini cinnamon roll (store-bought) surrounded by cashew pieces.
