Whatever Wednesday

Since we get our produce box on Wednesdays (and it includes not only most of our fruits and veggies but meats as well), any lunch packed for a Wednesday around here is likely to feature leftovers and/or odds and ends. My husband's lunch is the former, but it's all stuff he likes:

-- Baked chicken with lemon, garlic, and oregano (looked much better before I put it into the fridge to cool!)
-- Chocolate zucchini muffin
-- Sauteed vegetables (yellow squash, zucchini, onion, cherry tomatoes).
