Heart-Shaped Rice!



Clockwise from upper left:
-- blueberries
-- pumpkin muffin
-- peas
-- sushi rice, molded into a heart (using an egg mold)
-- grape tomatoes
-- turkey, cheese, and mustard on a wheat tortilla. It stays round better if you use a stick of string cheese, which I didn't this time.

How to mold rice:
Buy "sushi rice." Cook according to package directions.
Let cool enough to handle.
Wet your hands and the mold.
Pack rice into the mold and close it.
Put the mold into the fridge for a little while (and up to a few days) and then unmold to pack.
